Chocolate Legends has produced a special collection for Mesob Ethiopian Restaurant inspired by their spices, teas, and coffee. The chocolates are vegan as the delicious fillings do not contain any dairy and they are enrobed in our dark Belgian chocolate. The current featured flavors at Mesob are: Berbere, Ethiopian Coffee, Kemem Shai, and Guava Ginger.

Berbere Dark chocolate ganache infused with berbere spices covered in dark chocolate.	Ethiopian Coffee A miniature cup of Ethiopian coffee in dark chocolate.
Hibiscus Dark chocolate ganache infused with Kerkede Shai (hibiscus tea) and topped with a piece of hibiscus flower.	Kemem Shai Dark chocolate ganache infused with dried ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and black East African tea and enrobed in dark chocolate.
Guava Ginger A dark chocolate ganache blended with ginger and guava in a dark chocolate shell topped with a flower and heart design.	Red Rose A dark chocolate and red raspberry puree ganache with a hint of rose water that enhances the raspberry flavor.
